The waiting time for my order was long, but in the end everything ended well and I received the card. The seller responded quickly to messages. When it turned out that when packing my order they forgot to put another ordered card in, they apologized and sent it to me again. And yesterday I received it and I am very happy about it. Thank you for the quick response and resolution of this situation. Everything is fine, I understand that this can happen. Thank you for not refusing🥰🥰🥰🥰
I’M SO HAPPY!!!! This was long process but absolutely worth it. I paid for the photocard initially in october, but it got sent back before even reaching my house. The seller was very sweet and shipped back the photocard (with a price, of course) but nevertheless, I was very happy. The price was good and the photocard came perfectly. The packaging was well done and it came as described. I will definitely buy from this seller again! thank you so much!!!
I would like to thank this seller for their kindness and patience. I was offered the choice to track my package for a little more money, also everything was explained making this a smooth purchase. My BTS 2025 Festa Capsule Album photocard V Layover arrived in perfect condition, and wrapped to avoid any damage. Five stars for item description, dispatch time, seller communication and easy tracking details. A very happy customer 💜
