Item was purchased on July 26, 2025. Estimated delivery was July 29-31. There was no proof the item was ever delivered to a shipping service. A status inquiry was made through Ebay on August 3rd and the seller stated that the item was lost in shipment even though it had never been shipped. Later the seller stated that a replacement would be sent. There was no informative update supplied about the tracking. On Aug 11, 2025, the package was delivered by USPS. The return address was Chino, CA.
Seat lift kit arrived in my home town and sat at the local post office for 10 days after supplier advised that the package was lost. Supplier offered to send a replacement but the order arrived that day. Installation was quick & easy - more relaxed position now allows me more comfort on long travel days.
Ordered shifter cables + trans bracket for a H series and item came as described in good condition. I was missing the trans bracket, the seller made it right and sent another free of charge. Seller replied quickly. Good customer service 👍
