This is Lemax's "Pearl's Ice Cream Parlor" lighted building for Christmas Villages! The Lemax number at the website was 85658 but on the box it says 55050. There seem to be earlier versions of it painted differently, so please inspect the photos and make sure it's the one you want. It comes with light and cord, fully tested, and in original packaging.
