The over all length is measured from shoulder to hem in the front. LISTED IN THE TITLE The bust is measured armpit to armpit seam and doubled laying flat on a measuring tape. LISTED IN THE TITLE I am happy to accept all returns however, 'item not as described' for measurements will not be accepted as these fabrics are stretchy and can be adjusted to 'fit' a description. UNLESS THEY ARE MORE THAN AN INCH. I have a standard measuring tape in inches taped to my desk and I measure every item with it as it lays and not stretched. I AM HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS!
