This hatpin is a lovely classic from years gone by; this piece measures in at just over eight and a half inches and the tests positive for silver content. This lovely has an oval medallion, and some of the loveliest filigree work I have seen. It is tarnished, but could be easily cleaned, although i am not up to the task, hence the low opening bid with no reserve. This is a nice hatpin, and the new owner will be very pleased. Is way smaller than indicated an it would be better if the picture showed its REAL size compared to something else identifiable. The item is in good shape however although its to small for the use i was going to put it to. Shipping was fast and item packed carefully.
