Description
Carl Zeiss Biogon 28mm f/2.8 T* lens for Contax G mount. Great condition; no fungus, oil, separation or similar, minimal dust. Aperture and focus turn smoothly. Included is a Contax to Fuji X mount adapter (adjusting the focus through the adapter is not quite as smooth as you'd like though). The problem with using this lens on mirrorless cameras (like Fuji X) is that the rear element is very close to the sensor, which causes distortion in the corners. This lens has a Hasselblad (B57) Carl Zeiss Proxar f=2m Close Up Lens Filter applied to the front, which completely solves this problem (see image). This is completely reversible; if you want to use the lens without the additional filter, you can simply remove it (or let me know before I ship it so I can remove it). Included are the front "cap" for the filter and the original Contax front cap.
