I have had great service from the nile, fast shipping, excellent packaging. The book is brand new and great condition as described. It has been fantastic value for money and in excellent appearance. Communication with the Nile has been absolutely perfect especially a wonderful woman called Kasandra who has been the most wonderful person, great customer service, so very helpful and went out of her way to help me. Thank you so much for making this such a great experience for me.
Great seller communication - I was updated regularly about order and delivery status. Arrived fast, well packaged. Minor gripe - this is a smaller hard cover book (size of your normal novel/soft cover), not the standard ‘Esoterica’ series hard covers. This wasn’t described in the listing as a ‘smaller version’ or similar, suggest adding that to the listing to save others being disappointed like I was. Had to order another larger one to ‘match’ the collection.
Shipping is really slow, which is ok if you're happy to wait a month after the advertised estimated arrival date, which I usually am. Communication from seller is poor, the only updates are from Ebay (once the item is finally shipped). Other than that, items arrive well packaged, undamaged and as per the description. 5 stars for product, quality and value but only given 1 star for shipping time and seller communication.
