DAP® KWIK SEAL ULTRA™ is a high performance, premium siliconized kitchen and bath sealant that repels water, stains and dirt so the sealant stays looking clean, fresh and new. It has stain proof protection and is guaranteed to stay mold and mildew free for the life of the sealant. It can be exposed to water in as little as 4 hours after application without washing out, putting the area in service sooner. For joints deeper than 3/8”, use backer rod.Store product away from extreme heat or cold.Surface Preparation and Application:Surface must be clean, dry and free of all old sealant, dirt, dust, debris and grease. Rubbing alcohol is recommended for removing soap film and soil.Remove cap (from tube). Cut nozzle at a 45° angle to desired bead size. If using the cartridge, puncture inner foil seal and load into caulk gun.Fill gap with sealant, pushing sealant ahead of nozzle.For a neat finish, smooth bead of sealant immediately with a finishing tool.Allow sealant to dry for at least 4 hours before exposing to water. Sealant reaches full performance in 24 hours.Clean up excess uncured sealant with damp sponge before it skins over.
