Very fast shipper. I had to send this back...nothing wrong with it and I never opened the shipping box. My grand daughter left the gate open and the dogs got out onto the highway and a pickup hit both dogs. I got both dogs planted, but I dont want any more dogs at this time. I asked for a return and refund and the seller accepted my return. Absolutely recommend this seller.
Product is as described. Works well. Purchase price was good. Seller is recommended. We had an issue with the shipping, but the seller quickly resolved it with sending a second unit. I was offered a refund but I declined it and waited on second unit. Glad I did.
