  3. The seller was very helpful, as much as possible, when the item was lost. The problem was USPS!!!! The item was lost from December 20, 2024 to approximately January 18, 2025. The package showed up damaged and looked like it was crushed or run over by a truck. The item was damaged and I will need to repair it. I WILL file a claim with USPS.
