I reached out to this seller about this item as I wanted it to arrive before Christmas. We messaged back and forth quite a bit, so I realize I was probably being more high maintenance than most purchasers, but it was critical that the item arrive on time. I declined to purchase the item when the shipping option available couldn't guarantee that delivery date. The seller refunded me without any problems. However, this seller also blocked me from future purchases, which felt retaliatory.
The package came well secured. While the package itself was a little misshapen, none of the pieces were broken and they were in good condition. Not only that, but the package came swiftly and unbent. This is a great gift!
