I was worried about this coming from so far away and through DHL (who has a bad rap as a shipper). However this arrived at lightning speed, in great condition, very thoughtfully packaged in a custom-cut box and great packing materials! I was so pleased. The doll is very hard to find now in the states and I am so grateful to find her! The price was very fair all things considered, and the quality on these Extra Barbies is fantastic. She was new in box as pictured and described. Beautiful doll!
LEGO set was exceptionally packaged for shipping - wrapped in bubble plastic and double cardboard boxing. So appreciative that seller BELLAUFASHION took such special care with making sure our LEGO set arrived without any damage. Product was also shipped promptly and received on-time, with status tracking. GREAT seller!
I ordered this and it was delivered to the wrong address. The seller did a fantastic job of quickly communicating and was able to contact the shipper and had it picked up and delivered to our address just in time for Christlmas. Extremely good experience with this seller would highly recommend.
