First of all the shipping was incredible. This item is porcelain and has some delicate detail which could break easily. The quality of the package made certain my little bird arrived in one piece. To say that is is as described is an understatement. I have been wanting to buy this piece for some time now so to get one in such perfect condition is a treat. Of course packaging/shipping/handling cost an extra buck but having it here safely in my hands made it a real value. A+++
