Vintage Politoys NO. 538 Volkswagen 1500 Fastback - Made in Italy - NICE!. This is a really nice Politoys No. 538 Volkswagen 1500 fastback. Find an ugly one with a rear bumper and you will have a real nice VW toy. The front hood does not stay up when opened. This is a really nice Politoys No. 538 Volkswagen 1500 fastback. The car is in really nice vintage condition but it is MISSING THE REAR BUMPER. Find an ugly one with a rear bumper and you will have a real nice VW toy. The paint is in great shape and shows very little sign of play time. I would bet the bumper was lost sometime during the years of storage. The front hood does not stay up when opened. Some random very light and small paint scuffs that would polish up nicely. Thanks for looking.
