Vintage 1970s Indiana Glass Iridescent Lime Green Carnival Hen on Nest 7" Covered Dish Up for auction is a 1970s Indiana Glass iridescent lime green carnival hen on nest 7" covered dish. The color/finish is Lime Green/Citron Carnival Glass (iridescent flashing over a green base). It measures approximately 7 x 5 inches and is considered the standard large size. There are no hallmarks, as this company used paper/foil labels that wore away over time. This oval-shaped dish features straight vertical fan-style tail feathers, prominent round beading along the nest rim, and a completely smooth oval floor on the inside of the base.
