Using Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and active compounds using seven types of antioxidant tests, which are quantitative and qualitative. There were eight types of bioactive compounds present in the sample, namely glycerol, alcohol, phenol, acetic acid, fatty acid, ester acid, and saturated fatty alcohol. For active compounds, Saccharum Edule has the highest total phenolic compound (572.46 mg/ml) tested and the second highest are total flavonoid content (21.17 quercetin/g) gained from the sample.
