I may goof things up once in a while, but I've always been able to work out any problems. I'm a 75 year old guy in a house with two toddler grandsons, working out of my bedroom. Amazon can promise super-fast delivery - I can't. I personally drive all packages to the post office. I use USPS as a shipper to keep shipping costs as low as possible. They can sometimes be slow, but your postcards WILL eventually get to you. If you purchase an item from me and it does not arrive in the projected time please let me know and please do not automatically file an "Item Not Delivered" claim. I will always work with you to resolve a problem and will happily issue a refund when all else fails. Check my feedbacks. Thank you for your understanding.
