Die Bewertung der antioxidativen Aktivität dieser Chalkone erfolgte unter Verwendung der DPPH- und Chemilumineszenz-Methoden. Die Chalkone, die in In-vitro-Tests die höchste antioxidative Aktivität zeigten, wurden dem Biodiesel zugesetzt, dessen Oxidationsstabilität in Rancimat gemessen wurde.
