This is a brass “Little Joe” produced in Japan by Northwest Short Lines and custom painted by J.R. Maughan. Tested, does not run and doesn’t appear to have any cab lights. Front coupler was broken off, has been repaired. Does not have original box. Shipment will include extra insurance and the most secure packaging possible. Ready for a new home.
