Pink Floyd The Early Years 1965-1972 Box Set CD DVD Blu-Ray and Vinyl. For sale is a copy of Pink Floyd’s box set, “The Early Years 1965-1972”. As for the other Blu-ray discs, most have a textured or rigid look to the edges, which is likely the beginning of disc rot. I attempted to show this in a photo but it’s hard to notice, being much more visible in person. For sale is a copy of Pink Floyd’s box set, “The Early Years 1965-1972”. I have been the sole owner, having purchased it brand new. Several CDs have been played once, and I’ve looked through everything once. Otherwise it’s been on display. It was all put back exactly as it was, including the tissue paper and sticker that hold the memorabilia. The DVDs and vinyl are untouched. The only noticeable damage to the box is a dent on one of the corners, shown in the provided photo. The paper surrounding the box is also not in the best shape, but is still intact. Everything is included, as well as the replacement CD containing the “Obscured By Clouds 2016 Remix” (inside a white sleeve). The original CD is included which mistakenly has “Live at Pompeii” instead. Important to note (from Wikipedia): “In 2019, a number of Blu-ray discs in the set began to fail due to manufacturing defects. Warner Music and Pink Floyd announced a recall programme on 1 October 2019, which ran until 1 January 2020.” I have not replaced these discs. I tested half of the Blu-rays by watching the last third or so (and checked any ‘bonus features’), as the imperfections only appear on the outermost edge of the discs. As of making this listing, they all appear to play without any issues that I could notice. Still know that they could be faulty. “Germin/ation” looks the worst, having a few dark spots on the reflective side. I included a picture of this.
