This is an ACU style coat with 4 pockets and a 2-way zippered opening with a hook-and-loop storm flap. The main difference is the presence of shoulder boards for attaching rank the old fashioned way. I purchased this awhile ago from Venture Surplus who stated that these were intended for the ANA and that the manufacturer is unknown. They haven't been worn much but I did remove the elbow reinforcement layers from the combat coat. See pictures and read below for all details and measurements. COAT, ARMY COMBAT UNIFORM This is an ACU style coat with 4 pockets and a 2-way zippered opening with a hook-and-loop storm flap. The main difference is the presence of shoulder boards for attaching rank the old fashioned way. There are 2 hook-and-loop pockets on the upper chest and 2 hook-and-loop pockets at the shoulders. The sleeve cuffs can be adjusted with hook-and-loop and there is a triple pen pocket on the left sleeve. Pit-to-Pit Measurement: ~23.25 inches Pit-to-Hem Measurement: ~16.75 inches Shoulder-to-Hem Measurement: ~28 inches Top Sleeve Length: ~24.25 inches Bottom Sleeve Length: ~19.5 inches In good, wearable condition with no rips, tears, nor missing buttons. I have removed the elbow reinforcement layers along with the hook-and-loop areas on the chest. There are pinprick holes left over but they are very small and will not affect functionality. There are 2 open slash pockets, 2 buttoned rear pockets, 2 hook-and-loop cargo pockets with elastic drawstrings, and 2 hook-and-loop ankle pockets. There is an internal drawstring at the waist to adjust for a tighter fit. The belt loops can fit up to a 1.5-inch belt but the larger belt keepers can comfortably fit a 2-inch belt. The knees and seat are reinforced with an extra layer of fabric and the knees can open up to accept cut foam kneepads. There are drawstrings at the pant cuffs to blouse over boots. Flat Waist Measurement: ~17.5 inches Inseam Measurement: ~30.5 inches In very good condition and unmodified with no holes, rips, tears, nor missing hardware. The elastic drawstring at the cargo pockets are present along with their respective cord locks. The waist drawstring is present and functional. See pictures.
