The gothic horror series was well received and developed a cult following. In promotion, a number of paperback novels were released, authored by Marily Ross (aka Dan Curtis, the creator). "Barnabas, Quentin and the Mummy's Curse" was number 16 in the series. When Professor Anthony Collins decided to catalog his Egyptian relics to Collinsport, one of them is mummy King Rehotip who is later brought to life and a young girl dies. This is an original, second printing, paperback released in July 1970 by Dan Curtis Productions, Inc, in better than average condition. Consistent with time, the interior pages have toned / browned in the past 55 years. All 159 pages fully intact. On the inner front cover, there is the name of the original owner, in ink. Also, there is a large ink mark on the first page. Otherwise, quite clean. No rips, tears, dirt, underlining or highlighting. Handling creases on the covers. Right edge of top back cover has a slight fold. Folds also noted on the edges of both and bottom front cover. Dimensions are approximately 4.25" by 7.00 inches by 0.50".
