When you press the push bar to open or close the garage door the LED behind the push bar will blink when transmitting a signal. The LED light will turn off when not in use. If the LED does not light when the push bar is pressed then the battery power is low and the batteries should be replaced. 885LM Liftmaster Wireless Wall Control Station (Security +2.0) No wires to run! Put it anywhere inside your garage. Specifically designed for those who want an extra control panel in the garage, the 885LM Security+2.0 LiftMaster® Wireless Secondary Control Panel can open and close your garage door, turn opener lights on/off, and can be installed anywhere in the garage that is in the line of sight of the garage door.
