Must be in original box unopened with no damage to the package or packaging (we need to be able to resell that product as new) Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". I do test and video before shipping. If you send back an item that has been opened, Cellophane removed, or the packaging has been damaged the restocking fee will be 50% of the purchase price. Do not tape anything to the item. Customer pays all shipping cost to and from their location. Shipping cannot be refunded. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. That is 20% of the items price you paid. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
