It has great compression and runs like any muscle saw should.starts, idles, oils, etc. Here we are offering a big old powerhouse of a powerhead (NO bar and chain included!): a Husqvarna 575XP. It has great compression and runs like any muscle saw should...starts, idles, oils, etc. It does have an aftermarket fuel filter, but all other components appear to be OEM. As you will see in the photos, it does have some blemishes: two chips out of the case that don't impair its functionality, and the muffler leaves much to be desired with a crack in the bottom where it bolts onto the crank case, as well as a crack around the hole that bolts to the cylinder. You will also notice from the photos that the clutch cover is gray because at some point in time, it borrowed one from its younger brother, a 576XP, which happens to use the same part in gray rather than orange. This particular model may be of interest because it was only produced for two years (2005-2007) before it was replaced by its successor, the 576XP, and consequently, seems to be getting a little harder to find these days. I am selling this powerhead AS-IS with NO WARRANTY and NO RETURNS due to its age. All fluids have been drained prior to shipping. USA SHIPPING ONLY to the contiguous 48 states.
